Understanding Sri Yantra Meaning in Vedic Astrology

Sri Yantra The Sri Yantra is a sacred instrument that is formed by interlocking nine triangles which surround and radiate out from the central point known as bindu. This point represents the point between the physical universe and its unmanifest source. This yantra represents the goddess in her Sri Lalita form which is also known as 'Tripura Sundari' that represents the combination of the beauty of the three worlds, heaven, hell and earth. Worshipping Sri Yantra, which is also known as Shir Chakra is related to the Shir Vidya system of Hindu Worship. This yantra is also called Navayoni Chakra because it is composed of nine triangles. These yantras are of different shapes and sizes and intersect each other at various points.
