Warangal Fort is a master piece of Kakatiya architecture. This was the main fort for Kakatiya Dynasty. The entire structure is built on black granite stones brought from nearby small hills. To depict the kingdom's power many life size tuskers are carved on stones here. There are also small elephant's carvings on the wall linings and small structures. It has the biggest and largest arches made out of single stone. These arches are incredibly great works.
