Patwon Ki Haveli is the mansion of a rich trader in Jaisalmer. It is situated in Jaisalmer City of Rajasthan State in India. Patwon Ki Haveli Architecture

Patwon Ki Haveli is built by Guman Chand Patwa, basically a well rich trader in Jaisalmer. The set the foundation in 1805 and the structure were erected in minor cluster as an endowment to his five lads. This Haveli construction took almost fifty years and completed in the year 1860. On its completion it was a canticle structure. The red and yellow sand stones are the major building material. There are many balconies, well crafted arch doors, carved pillars and painted rooms. The stallion of the structure is a master piece of craftsmanship. It has many rooms suited for richness. It has many grilled windows of tiny carvings which are specially made for women's to look outside to have a good view of the Jaisalmer city. It has one of the most hunky marble works, that's still glitters in the present time. Al most full luxury is taken care on the interiors. On the exterior, it is full of breath taking art work.

Patwon Ki Haveli is trader's mansion. This was built as they were growing richer and richer in Jaisalmer. This is the only Haveli built by a non royal person in Rajasthan. Either he was not a Rajput clan. This Haveli showed the importance of individual wealth in those days. The Patwas trade was international and amazed that much wealth that he contributed most of the wealth in constructing this Haveli for his beloved sons. Patwas was a Banker too. It is also said that he amazed these wealth from money swindling a money laundering activities. Whatever, it may be truth or not. But the Jaisalmer received an unparalleled mansion to its credits of cultural and historical significances.
