Alang Fort is an ancient fort built on the Western Ghats. Its architect and builder of this fort are unknown to historians. Since this fort has very less mentioned in the history of Maharashtra. According to the stone carvings crypts, it is believed to be built by the local tribal groups who lived in the Ambewadi villages. This is a stone marvel. Mulher Fort is built at an altitude of 1311 meters above the sea level. It is the chain of hill Ranges of Dolbar Mountain in of the Western Ghats. Ramsej Fort is well built in the western tip of a height citadel mount standing alone in a vast plain lands. This fort is fully made of large and small granite stone blocks. The top of the hill plain land is fortified with thick walls. These walls were very strong that it with stranded nearly 10 years of war on this fort. These walls occupy the entire bordering edges of cliff areas of this hill. These walls have many turrets areas and artillery gaps.



Salher Fort is found in very ancient fort model in India. It has no such defensive fortification as found in the medieval era. But this is believed to be a holly fort and built in the mythical believes of the Hindu god Parashuram in the ancient times. It was more or less as temple fort. What is seen today is a ruined one and its temple is the only long lasting structure. From the base village of Waghamba, one can find a main gate. This is the entrance route towards the hilltop fort.
