Fateh Prakash Palace Museum is a splendid work of Rajputana architects craftsmanship. It is situated on the floors of Chittorgahr Fort. This fort is an ancient fort date back to medieval periods. This new palace was built later in the year 1447 AD. This is a 200 meter high, hilltop fort surrounded by an area of 962 acres of land area. This palace stands magnificent in Chittorgarh on this hilltop on the banks of Berach River.



Rana Kumbha Palace is a huge structure, built inside the Chitorgarh fort area. This fort itself is a giant barrier to protect this palace from external aggressions. The entire edifice is built of sandstones, which are not of equal proportions. This fort will be looking as if it was ruined long back, but it is not as such. The fill up of irregular size of these stones make them look like a ruined one. But the fort and the palace are still standing on this unparalleled stones.



Vijay Stambh of Chittorgarh is an inch by inch architectural marvel. It took a decade to build this magnificent structure. It is a high-rise square structure with a spiral staircase laid from the bottom to the last 9th stories of this tower. It stood at a height of 37.19 meters from a 10 feet citadel foundation. The entire structure is built with red sand stone and marbles. It is still unbelievable, that how did they build such high-rise structure in those days.
