The denomination of this church belongs to the Church of South India which was regarded previously as Anglican. This church is largely dedicated to All Saints. The administration of this church is under the Diocese of Medak. It is to be highly noted that this church directly under the kindly endorsement and guidance of the Church of South India. According to the local legends, this particular church was initially a Garrison Church that was presided by Army Chaplains. In 1947, it was bequeathed subsequently to the Church of South India. All Saints Church Historical Significance

In 1860 AD, All Saints Church was constructed in order to largely serve the British Cantonment located in Secunderabad. In the Trimulgherry Entrenchment, the church was the initial permanent structure. Queen Elizabeth II visited the church in 1983. It is to be remembered that she along with Prince Philip also visited the Holy Trinity Church which is nearby this church at Bolarum where she grandly celebrated her 36th wedding anniversary in a service that was led by Bishop Victor Premasagar.

All Saints Church Architecture Significance

With a tower belfry and a multitude of turrets, the church is largely an imposing Gothic structure. The church's altar piece is a beautiful stained glass window beautifully depicting Lord Jesus carrying the cross. It is to be noted that the stained glass window is dedicated to the memory of Edward Dawson who was Lieutenant of Royal Artillery plus is dated 1884. Moreover, there are nearly sixteen memorial tablets along the main walls of the building describe the several British officers who lived and died at the region of Secunderabad. The prized and worth possessions of this church are lamps along with a baptismal font and antique pews. The church directly received the INTACH Heritage award form good maintenance from the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The interior and exterior design of this church is very attractive with age old furniture. The prayer hall is large in size that can accommodate a good number of people for religious functions and activities with a lot of perfection. The church is largely known among the visitor for its architectural significance.

All Saints Church is known for its grand celebration of Christmas in a religious manner with good attendance of people belonging to the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secundrabad. Special prayers are conducted on festive days and Christian auspicious days in religious manner. The main festive days of this particular church are Easter, Palm Sunday, Good Friday and Feast of the Cross.
