Shri Jasnath Asan (ashram) is located in a village named Panchla Siddha, near to the sub-town of Khimsar, in the district of Nagaur, in the state of Rajasthan, in Northwestern India. It is nearly 100 Km. from Jodhpur, 330 Km from Udaipur, 370 kms from Mount Abu, 275 kms from Kumbalgarh, 290 kms from Jaipur, 280 kms from Jhunjhunu, 430 kms from Sawai Madhopur, 60 kms from Osian, 290 kms from Jaisalmer, 160 kms from Bikaner and 200 kms from Pushkar. It is to be highly noted that the Jasnath spiritual Movement was founded by "enlightened teacher" and Siddhacharya named Shridev Jasnath ji who was the first Guru. At present this ashram is headed by Siddh Surajnath Yogi Shridev Jasnath ji who was a disciple of Gorakhnath.

Yoga teaches largely teaches an individual between the Pingala and Ida plus between man and nature. It is to be remembered that yoga with its several disciplines really vitalize this dependence profoundly on a healthy ecological system and nature plus encouraging harmony and balance. Pranayama is an important aspect of Yoga practice that creates a perfect connection between the human body and the cosmos. It is a simple breathing exercise. Food arrangement

Shri Jasnath Asan Ashram has a large sized kitchen in its premises that offer healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner along with tea and snacks during the break time. In the breakfast comes in the form of typical breakfast food items such as baked potatoes, Bread, cake, sandwiches, biscuits, coffee, tea, fruits, boiled green vegetables and yoghurt. The lunch and dinner consist of unique, regional, distinctive cuisine like camel milk ice-cream, bread and vegetables; mustard leaves, characterized by delicacies like gaate ka saag, ker &saangri, green onions, gwaarfali, daal-baati-churma, bajra chapati, mawa kachori, sesame seed laddoo, kaaju katli, chilly pickle, khichra and karhi.

Accommodations at Shri Jasnath Asan Panchla Siddha

In the ashram premises, there are just 12 rooms that are equipped with all the necessary facilities of the visitor for the comfort.

A rain water collection tank provides pure drinking water. Bathing hot water is heated with a solar heating system. Pilgrim's rest home or Dharamsala provides additional accommodation. Meditation hall for yoga practice is really specious. The rooms come with air conditioning, cotton sheets on double and single beds, European bathroom facilities, luxurious and contemporary basic need items.

Accommodation arrangements and tariff are as follows:

  • Deluxe type of room comes with 3 No. of rooms, capacity is 2, Twin share(INR) is 1,500/pp and Single occupancy(INR) is 2,500/night.

  • Premier type of room comes with 3 No. of rooms, capacity is 2, Twin share(INR) is 1,250/pp and Single occupancy(INR) is 2,000/night.

  • Standard type of room comes with 3 No. of rooms, capacity is 2, Twin share(INR) is 1,000/pp and Single occupancy(INR) is 700/night.

  • Dormitory type of room comes with 3 No. of rooms, capacity is 2, Twin share(INR) is 1,000/pp and Single occupancy(INR) is 700/night.


Karma Yoga Program at Shri Jasnath Asan Panchla Siddha

Shri Jasnath Asan offers Karma Yoga Program.
There are two programs to choose from:

  • FREE + 6 hours labor (½ unique talent and ½ common chores)

  • 700 rupees + 3 hours labor (½ unique talent and ½ common chores)

In both programs the participants can really enjoy:

  • Individual meetings with Shri Surajnath Siddh weekly

  • Shared double occupancy bedroom in grand residence with attached modern European bath

  • Or single room in Daramshala with community wash room

  • 2 saddhvic, organic, vegetarian meals, plus fruits and milk before morning yoga

Ashram Time Table for Karma Yoga Participants:

  • Milk & fruit before yoga class is provided at 7am

  • Yoga class in the hall is conducted from 7:30 - 9:00 am

  • Puja & Chai at 9:00 am

  • Shower, dress, laundry from 9:30-10:30 am

  • Group Karma Yoga from 10:30 - 12:00 am

  • Lunch is provided at 12:00 pm

  • Rest from1-2:00 pm

  • Individual Karma yoga, self-study, local outings from 2-6:30 pm

Yoga Therapy Programs - Sciatica & Healthy Back

Shri Jasnath Asan Ashram provides a variety of camps, classes and workshops aimed at adults with chronic illnesses like cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, migraines, sciatica pain and digestive disorder. It is to be remembered that the class participant's size is limited so that instructors can provide one-on-one instruction. The classes are conducted in English language plus regional Hindi translations. With yogic lifestyle practices largely by Siddh Surajnath Yogi, the curriculum is really much rich and filled with contents. The classes are held at Shri Jasnath Asan Yoga Hall, 6:30-8:30 A.M. is the morning session and the evening session is held from 4:30-6:30 P.M. It is a four week program.

Instructions for Participants

Children aren't permitted in the yoga hall during instruction

  • Wear loose, comfortable yoga clothes

  • Eat a light breakfast, or just tea

  • Empty bladder & intestines

  • Bring 1 towel

  • Do not overstress during class

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class

  • Anyone suffering from recovering fractures or chronic illness should consult their physician before joining asana class.

  • Pregnant women can attend yoga class through the fourth month but not after without specific permission from their physician.


Yoga for Diabetes Camp at Shri Jasnath Asan Panchla Siddha

Yoga for Diabetes Camp is held for 7 solid day's full time. It is to be remembered that after the completion of the class with theory and practical session, the participant's BP dropped significantly, other functions and sleep normalizes. They can feel improvements in their stress management mechanism.

Yoga for Diabetes Program Schedule

  • Tea is provided at 5:45 am.

  • Yoga for Diabetes is held from 6:00 to 7:30 am, it includes Asana for 60 minutes and Pranayama for 30 minutes.

  • Breakfast is provided at the dinning hall at 7:30 am

  • Free Time from 8:00 - 9:30 am

  • Lecture#1 Prevention & Management of Diabetes Mellitus is held at Yoga Hall between 9:30 - 11:00 am.

  • Lunch & Rest at 11:00 am

  • Yogic Practices for Diabetes is held at yoga hall at 3:00 - 4:00 pm

  • Yoga Stretching at 4:00 pm

  • Tea is provided at 4:30 pm

  • Yoga Nidre from 4:15 - 5:00 pm

  • Free Time from 5:00 pm

  • Dinner is provides at 6:30 pm

  • Puja at the temple is held at 7:30 pm

  • Satsang + Tea is held in the front garden at 8:00 pm

  • Retire & Lights Out at 10:00 pm
