It is rightly situated in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains along the banks of the Ganges River. The ashram's name "Phool Chatti" means "Land of Flowers". Yoga Program at Phool Chatti Ashram

Phool Chatti Ashram conducts beginners and intermediate yoga program at its ashram premises. All the participants should get enrolled in advance with the prescribed fees and make arrangement to stay at the ashram premises. These yoga program are conducted in the summer and autumn schedules.

The said yoga program is well designed in order to be a detailed introduction to the yogic path. This program introduces participants as it was originally intended to a full yoga practice. Through this program, participant will largely gain experience in general well-being, mental health, spiritual growth, important aspects of the yogic path, kirtan (sacred singing), pooja (worship), mauna (silence), yoga principles, chanting, cleansing, breathing (pranayama), meditation and yoga asanas (postures).

Phool Chatti Ashram conducts a 7 day yoga course for all age group and both gender at its premise. This particular course is like an eye open and basic introduction to yoga course. It can be termed as a beginners yoga course that will led to intermediate and advanced yoga courses in future. It is a short term yoga course that comes with nominal fees structure and detailed elements to study and practice for better personal and professional life ahead. The curriculum of 7 day yoga course covers Meditation, Yoga Exercises (Asana Practice, Breathing Techniques (Pranayama), Neti Pot Cleansing: Technique, Meditative Walks, Mantra Chanting, Silence (Mauna, Lecture and Discussion, Guided Mediation, Prayer (Pooja) and Bhajans plus Fire Ceremony (Havan).

The ashram has regular supply of electricity, hot and cold water. It is also equipped with western and native toilets. The ashram at present has phone and internet for communication. This ashram has single rooms, double rooms and simple dormitory for participants and guest to stay with comfort in the ashram premises. These rooms come with certain basic furniture like cot, mattress, pillows, writing table, chair, stool and arm chair. Most of the rooms have attached bathroom and common toilets. The residential plot is surrounded by garden that is dotted with age-old shady trees, herbal plants, green grass and colorful plants. There are fixed path for walking and jogging around the garden area. The ashram also has large sized meditation hall, common rooms, kitchen, library, lobby and reception desk. The administrative block is also within the premises where the present Swamiji and his staff functions. The ashram is maintained by them in a successful manner in order to serve its long list of esteemed existing and potential participants and guests from within the nation and abroad.
