Eligibility: Any national who is willing to learn it as a profession or for wellness can register for this YTTC course.

Certificate Issued: E-RYT 200 and RYS 200 of Yoga Alliance

YTTC Course Fee: For the 200 Hours YTTC is charged US $ 1250.00 inclusive of food and accommodation, tuition fees and Yoga study materials.

Course Duration: The standard duration for the Yoga teachers training course is 200 Hours intensive training in theory and practical from a recognized institute is accepted for certification for Yoga. These 200 hours is completed in a month time in this institute.

YTTC Syllabus

  1. Ashtanga Vinayas Yoga Lessons
    The beginner's lesson like the history and elements of Yoga, chanting of mantras, surya namaskaram and the Ashtanga Vinayas Yoga primary lessons are thought in theory classes in multimedia class room.

  2. Asana Lessons
    This includes the Vinayasa postures, variation and modification. The sequence of various Asana postures like how to start and finish. The common mistakes are also sort out while performing individually.

  3. Methodology of Asanas
    The core Asanas are thought with balancing of postures and meditation is thought. This is mostly dealt with practical classes which will enable its students to bend, stretch, fold and twist their body to perform various Asanas.

  4. Relaxation Methods
    After performing any Asana's one has to come in relaxation position if not properly performed may cause muscular pull and pains to the Yoga practice.

  5. Pranayama Lessons
    The most important part of this Yoga teaches the breathing principals while performing each and every Asana. This includes the Clavicular Breathing, Abdominal Breathing, Thoracic Breathing and Yogic breathing. The full mechanics and accepts of Pranayama is thought to the students.

    The most important part of Yoga how its effects our human organs and systems are thought like the Endocrine System, Cardiovascular System, Skeletal System, Respiratory System, Digestive System and Muscular System.

Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course at Abhijna School of Yoga and Meditation

Eligibility

This course is an intensive training course. It is advisable to peoples who have learned little Yoga or who really wish to study this intensive Yoga is welcomed. Since the practice is though when compared to the basic Yogas. The students who have undergone the YTTC 200 Hours are also eligible for this advanced course. It also welcomes those students who want to refresh their Yogic studies once again.

Course Fee: US $ 1500.00 is charged from a student which includes the tuition fee, study materials, food and accommodation.

Curriculum

Asanas and Methodology

The 39 Asanas are thought to its students which are essential for a Yogi. This includes the Pashasana to Baddha Hasta Sirshasana. The Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Advanced Pranayama, Meditation Techniques and Karma Yoga are thought. It also allows its students to teach and practice to enhance their teaching experience and knowledge in Yoga in their class room studies and practical classes. Here the Yoga instructor will advice if any correction is there with the students teachings.

The classes begin from morning 06:00 AM and end by 07:00 PM

Teachers at Abhijna School of Yoga and Meditation

The teacher are called here as Guru. It is a Gurukula form of teaching as practiced in the ancient times in India. Here the Gurus will be staying along with its students with in their premises and teach them as a friendly tutor. They will advice you and help in practical classes too. The mode of teaching is in English language. The Yoga Guru's here are well trained in Yogasanam as professional. Few are from the Yoga background which is followed in their family since the ancient times.

These are basically conducted as a wellness programs to get relief from the world of stress. Here the retreats programs are conducted in such a peaceful place along with nature that its members really get a real retreat from the gods own country.
